An adventurous, wild game, beer supper held in Revolution Hall on Sunday, January 21 at 3 pm to benefit Pints for Prostates. Amazing hand crafted pints of Brown's beer, a delicious "Game from Around the World" menu by Chef Melissa, a raffle to benefit Pints for Prostates, and the AFC and NFC championship games on the big screen. After dinner, settle in with hand rolled cigars from Habana Premium Cigar Shoppe. 21+ event. Purchase tickets from our taprooms or online. Course 2 from Korea: Sweet and Sour Elk
marinated elk grilled and brushed with a sweet and sour chili glaze, served over a bed of kimchi

Course 3 from Mexico: Beef Tongue Taco
seasoned beef tongue with jalapeño cilantro slaw and pico de gallo

Course 4 from Italy: Rabbit Puttanesca
rabbit with tomatoes, spicy soppressata, capers, anchovies, and olives over fresh peppered linguini
